All Gator Kosher – Chabad UF food services and facility operations follow the University of Florida undergraduate Fall and Spring semester calendar. During UF semester breaks, Jewish and legal holidays, and other scheduled closures, our regular operations are paused.

Gainesville, Florida offers limited kosher options. Local supermarkets such as Publix, Walmart, and Winn-Dixie carry many kosher-certified products, with Publix and Walmart providing a limited kosher aisle.

Trader Joe’s on Archer Road offers Glatt kosher meat and chicken, subject to availability.
